We also specialise in inspection, testing and certification for individuals, landlords and agents. As a fully approved contractor, we can also carry out EICR inspections under the Private Rental Scheme for private landlords.

Our prices are very straightforward, there is no callout fee, you are charged a fixed half hourly rate and you are informed of this rate prior to sending the engineer. No hidden extras or surprise bills.

We offer a comprehensive 24 hour callout service with no call out charges, we charge a fixed price based upon a half hourly rate which you are informed of prior to sending the engineer. No hidden extras or surprises. We operate 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and aim to be with you within 2 hours. Payment can be made by cash or debit/credit card.
Buyer/Seller Reports
Buying a property is without doubt the most expensive purchase you will make. Don't buy into someone else's mistakes or, be liable for someone else's poor installation. Whether you're buying or selling we're happy to help. When you instruct us to conduct an electrical inspection, you will receive a comprehensive inspection report including photographic evidence.
Landlord's Condition Reports
As a fully approved contractor, we're able to carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports for landlords within the Private Rental Sector. This legislation came into effect on 1st July 2020, all rented properties must have a SATISFACTORY condition report in place prior to a landlord letting the property. Failure to comply can lead to fines of up to £30,000.
